What was the last thing you cooked? My simple comfort food: Coconut rice pudding with candied limes.

Favourite drink on a night out? I’d have to say a cold crisp glass of Cava or a nice German Weiß beer - depending on my mood!

Best meal you’ve ever had? Vietnamese papaya salad, prawn Bánh Xèo (savoury pancakes) and Bánh Cuôn (ground pork, mushrooms and onions in a rice flour batter) with fish sauce... AMAZING!
